High School Counseling Team:

The high school guidance counselors are committed to providing students in grades nine through twelve with guidance, support, and assistance through the academic programs, extra-curricular activities, work-based learning, counseling, and health services. The counselors are assigned to students by the alphabetical letter of their last name.

  • Understand the difference between graduation requirements and A-G requirements
  • Learn how to recover credits
  • Understand the 4 year college entrance requirements and timeline
  • Learn how to plan for and pick high school courses
  • Learn about programs and opportunities for high school students
 
The 2018-2019 version of this presentation will be available in the Spring of 2018.
9th Grade Pre-Registration Presentation
This presentation will help future 9th Grade students to:
  • Read their transcript
  • Understand the difference between graduation requirements and A-G requirements
  • Learn how to recover credits
  • Understand the 4 year college entrance requirements and timeline
  • Learn how to plan for and pick sophomore year classes

The Early Assessment Program - Assessing College Readiness
This presentation will help future 12th Grade students to: 
  • Understand the EAP Program and Assessments
  • Understand the difference between college eligibility and college readiness
  • Understand the various ways to demonstrate college readiness
